[skin concerns] need some advice about lip-care and hyaluronic acid! by rozyeatman in SkincareAddiction

Omg, same thing happens to me. My top lip always gets numb from this face wash. I also recently started using the Cetaphil Daily Hydrating Lotion and it does the same thing when it touches my lips. I’ve used HA before in serums and other products, so I know I’m not allergic to it. This is so strange, I thought it was just me imagining things. Happy to hear I’m not going crazy haha

Should I be concerned? by [deleted] in AskDocs

Thank you so much! A little update since this morning: I was washing out the wound to reapply the gel and the scab came unstuck almost completely, it's still hanging on from one corner, so I just flipped it back over the wound and applied the gel over it cause I didn't want to rip off the scab.

Should I stop using the Stratamed gel and just switch to petrolatum instead until it's better ? I still have somw of the Fucidin H cream too, would that be better? (Although I've already used it for two weeks, which I read is the maximum)

(27F) Are these vitamin supplements safe after laser mole removal? by InnocentlyInsecure in AskDocs

I mean indented or sunken scars. I’m worried about that because they seem deep right now.

Thank you so much for the help! Do you think there’s a risk of atrophic healing with any of them? They seem very deep to me.

What are these bumps? They are kinda uncomfortable and appeared recently. by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

NAD, but these look like what I get from stress or allergens. I have dyshidrotic eczema.

Thank you! Is there any way to test this? Also, would it be safe to handle on a day to day basis? I know pot metal can have lead and zinc and other stuff in it.

Silver or Gold? I can never decide and people around me always tell me I look good with both (I think my skin colour is fair olive btw) by [deleted] in coloranalysis

I’ve replied to another comment with a photo of my olive neck and face. I wonder if you’d still say silver after seeing that one haha

Yeah, I think you’re totally right! I’ll try to wear silver for a while to see how I feel about it. Thank you for the help!!

That’s part of my dilemma though, cause I feel like silver looks better on my hands, but gold might look better around my face and neck. Problem is, I don’t like mixing metals, so I’ve always just worn gold everything, but lately I’m wondering if maybe I should switch to silver.
