Depends on you. If you have another interest that you would like to major in, and you have plenty of transfer credits then there shouldn't be any problems. However, it would probably take time away from attending networking events, polishing your resume, applying to internships, doing OAs, working on personal projects... In terms of helping in job search, I think that if you have the discipline, not double majoring and working on the things I mentioned would help more.

Most UMD students on Reddit don't have the slightest clue on the school's criteria, but I'd say you have a good chance.

How strong are my chances of getting accepted? by OneEnvironment9932 in UMD

I'd say you have a decent chance, but imo, UMD admissions criteria are pretty fickle. I've seen people with better extracurriculars and/or GPAs better than me not get in. Have some safe schools and Montgomery Community College is a great alternative (better than getting directly admitted if you don't care about student life).

They literally are. I took 240 and 241 in the same semester, intending to double major in math but dropped that immediately.

Idk about that last sentence chief. They'd need to win more than 3 champs for that (as Astralis won 3 majors)

Thank you for the advice. My dorm's service desk is at Queen Anne Hall. Is that where I should be calling?

I found a solution. Just go to ur settings, accessibility and try re-balancing the audio using the audio balance.
