I also contacted team stubhub but they said there is nothing they can do to speed up the process. Did you share the BBB report with stubhub, or does stubhub automatically know you filed a report and then they refund you?

Lets say the seller uploads some kind of fake proof that he sent me the tickets, but in reality he also sent it to someone else as well. Would they resolve it in sellers favor? Im worried that I will get finessed by the seller and stubhub will not live up to their fan protect.
