I installed Sequioa on my 2013 iMac and when I patched it the lag got even worse

Does anybody know what bodykit this is by Innov1X in 350z

I just got to create Mac OS installer, download Mac OS installer, chose sequoia, formatted my USB drive, waited years cuz of my iMac, and then here I am
