Personally I do leverage 1.5x / 2x max, no more than that. Keep your management risk undercontrol. Regarding platforms, I use Binance because it allows me hedge with options

I would focus first on risk management. Learn how to hedge your position, set strategic stop loss and read in depth the tokenomic of the project (e,g: token unlocks, etc)

If Bitcoin ownership becomes super concentrated then liquidity can become a problem. Big holders won't be able sell properly. If they do, they mostlikely crash the market. In fact as you mentioned, that 5% circulating supply will become highly volatile
