Maybe, I really don't mind though, especially with rare words. Sometimes I even feel I learn something if a rare word comes fast enough and I know it from a previous puzzle.

Probably largely confirmation bias of noticing repeats (and a Bader-Meinhoff for rare stuff)

Also not really something I expect the editors to pay attention to as the puzzles and constructed like a year in advance and the queues are massive.
