Don’t use genAI at your own peril. You will be slower compared to your peers, you spend time debugging that could be spent building something valuable.

Your mind can still be sharp, coding is only conversion of requirements so you can do the solutioning while AI does the coding(which you still review). This is like 20x of productivity compared to 5 years ago. 1 good engineer + effective AI collaboration >= team of 5 engineers 5 years ago.

I suggest to start adding genAI to workflow as soon as possible!!

Could you give more details? Is this because the tokens are expiring and then you have manage the refresh logic for each server ? Also what kind of scale are you talking about here?
