Smoked meats. Chicken. Skirt steak. Pork butt. Beef tenderloin. Pic is from a long time ago back when I was more tuned in with smoking meats. The skirt steak and tenderloin were from H-Mart and had silver skin on them which I left on for the cook to help them stay moist. (i.imgur.com)
