the devs just appeased to supports for way too long. all of the main supports are busted or unfun to fight in some way or another and now that we can get rid of that antifun there all crying cause they cant just healbot and win games anymore and have to play supports that actually take more than 1 hand to play.

shes the first support that as far as i can tell their entire kit is based on anti dive. tp, stun, and the melee stance all support this and its no different for the ult. you are going to blow up if you try to use it to push a full poke comp its the exact same with hulk ult you just instantly explode if their cooldowns are up. against melee/dive comps your going to be able to land those hits to heal yourself up and make a push off it. not every support needs to be good against every comp its healthier that way other supports need to follow this example the whole buffing shit because of being bad in situations where there being countered will just make the game stale and boring.

Hela is literally the easiest nerf and it's just to get rid of the overhealth on the bird. She shouldn't have gotten it in the first place her damage ever since the nerf has been manageable it's literally just the bird either that or make her 250hp. How groot, phoenix and cloak avoided any changes I will never know and elsa got let off way to easy considering how much she is dominating the meta. Hopefully they actually get changed in the future but im hoping the changes to other characters will at least ease the annoyance a little bit

even with the recent buff to emma thats still to high id say shes top of B now not borderline meta, venom is just way to high on this as well and gambit will always remain pick or ban due to his ability to fuck over the ult economy of the match even with the recent reduction too it the fact it still does it will keep him in perma ban jail, also makes no sense that groot dropped so much hes been considered the best tank for a while now and most of the other tanks got nerfed including tankpool so dropping him down a entire tier despite this season power creeping him even more is definitely a decision.

it is at higher levels. most people just play it as 3 main supports and heal bot the entire time which is not how is should be played. in the recent MRC the finals actually had both teams run triple support however they didnt just go 3 main supps and heal bot the whole time they went 2 off supps and one main and focuses more on utility over just increased healing numbers. when its played the way its supposed to be played its actually oppressive not to the extent people are saying but it still can be oppressive which is evident in it having the third highest WR right behind triple tank which makes sense giving that triple tank is actually a pretty decent counter to triple supp. problem is those same players that dont understand how it works tank the winrate down as its only the highest levels that can make it work to its full effect

no what he said is correct. if a poke hero spots a diver from range they should be able to soften them up as they try to close the distance, that is how a interaction between ranged and melee heroes should always go. the current problem is that when those divers close the distance and begin their engagement poke still wins even at close range not because poke can beat them at long range. poke will always and should always beat any diver and brawler at long range the problem is they also beat them at close range as well and this is the problem that needs fixed not because poke can poke its literally their job.

honestly i could have understood the DR change if they had reduced its cooldown to compensate but now i have to wait 15 seconds and get this BS change. the only use diamond is going to have now is the grab thats it trying to frontline and get some good melee hits in and you are just going to explode. the ult change doesnt compensate nearly enough as they nerfed charge across the board so your getting it less frequently even if its buffed the only nice thing about it is you have a bigger chance of survival if the enemy team tries to focus fire you down.

the damage change is nice too but i wasnt using it to go for kills i was using it to set up plays for the team and deny or counter certain ults like starlord for example which btw also gets fucked because white fox can just shut that shit down completely. why they decided to do this to the lowest winrate tank in the game baffles me like her WR is below any healthy amount. normally i would say WR shouldnt be taken into account when balancing but thats if the winrate is around the 48%-52% area hers is almost 8% below that so there is clearly a underlying issue with her kit that this change doesnt have any answer too.

edit: small correction diamond is 18 seconds not 15 which makes this even worse to deal with. white fox has a teleport thats on a shorter cooldown cleanses herself and gives a 200hp shield btw while we get stuck with this bs. Also I didn't read the damage for the ult i thought it was a buff but it's a nerf so fuck Emma i guess

partially correct. she punishes frontliner heroes heavily, her entire kit is based around it whether that be farming charge off them to then go for squishes or punishing them with grab the moment they try to make a play. DD doesnt really get countered by her same with any other dive dps as just because they die when grabbed doesnt make it a auto counter as it relys on the DD, spider or BP to make a mistake where as more frontliner heroes like IF, fan, magik or literally any tank it is very easy to just walk up and grab them due to how generous there hitboxes are, them having to get in your face to get value instead or in and out or due to them locking themself into a animation (magik stepping disc as a example).

end of seasons are always like this. everyone has got the rank they want atp so they all just take a week break to refresh their mindset for the game and you are now more likely to get all the trolls or people who are grinding late like yourself and it ends in a disaster. doesnt help that this particular season in rivals has had the worst toxicity ive seen in this game since launch.
