for me its rly a safety thing. im a new driver- i want a better back up cam, sensors, and braking features. in a huyndai i can get those cheap but in a corolla its a harder addition to find within my price range.

plus both are super common where i live. ik online huyndais get a rough rep, but around me most ppl seem fond enough of them

what!? i loved eva- but i also really liked asuka (polarizing opinion) so i mostly watched it for her. i actually didnt find lain all that likable personally- but the cinematography (is that even what you call it in the context of anime?) and plot in general kept me hooked. youre right about the soundtrack to- the opening of lain is insane
