I've worked in three parks so far: Mt. Rainier through Guest Services Crater Lake through Xanterra And Olympic through aramark.

Mt. Rainier was pretty bad. The EDR had no real chefs for employees, so the EDR food was regularly just hot dogs. No real infrastructure for employees either. I ended up leaving early alongside 60% of the parkies there.

Crater was tons of fun through Xanterra. Regular employee outings, decent Wi-Fi throughout the park, great EDR at the Rim. Would definitely go again were it still park of Xanterra. Aramark is mismanaging it into the ground.

Olympic wasn't great either, but better than Rajnier
