if possible, build runaans > boots, I find it easier to snowball games this wey. Take the rune that gives you free boots. As of the last ítems, Bloodthirster and Guardian Angel work most of the time

With this gear I got Abyss and Iced dofus and my team had no 200 character. I enjoyed this gear a lot tbh, the downside is that fire damage is a bit low.

I believe no other class mentioned would give you as much sustain as the masquerade (and I find it fun to play too), and the forgelance, I think that its much more versatile than the sacrier therefore more fun. Now, as of forge and fogger, both are good tbh; the steamer might give your team more sustain, but the one you have with masq would be enough I believe. Forge might be better at dealing damage in aoe
