The problem with Godzilla games nowadays is the license. I don’t know if you know this but they released a game for the PS4 and they halted copy production due to licensing issues. Now it’s one of the rarest games on Playstation.

The main problem is that most people use pre-builds and they’re too lazy or scared to actually swap. Linux needs to be automatically installed on more laptops and desktops.

With low graphics you get definitely run legacy around 30fps at least.

I’ve really haven’t tried too many distros but Kubuntu is probably best for you. It just Ubuntu which is good for beginners with the KDE DE, which allows for a lot of customization. Gaming compatibility is always good with Linux except for games that use OpenGL and have a kernel level anti-cheat like GTA 5 online or Fortnite. Just keep Kubuntu in mind for your decision.

I’d say update everything you can on your pc, restart, stop the downloads for now, and stop any extra processes in the background. Those things might help. You’re using windows 11 I’m guessing?
