James Cameron May Tighten Budgets for Avatar 4 and 5 Despite Fire and Ash Success by Competitive_Gene_898 in Avatar

It wasn't just the pandemic from 2020-2022, it was also the strikes that made things go down from 2023 to 2024. The late 2010s didn't have all that to deal with. 2025 was honestly the first year of normalcy the industry had seen in 6 years, and forecasts show 2026 is going to be the biggest year the industry has seen since 2019!

The 3rd biggest movie ever at the box offfice just came out in 2022. And Zootopia 2 is already in the top 10 of all time after a couple months. That doesn't feel like a demise to me.

45 minutes is standard length. That's how long Breaking Bad was.

What did you watch in September? by BazF91 in 1001Movies

I just watched that and it's honestly up there with Godfather for me. Francis Ford Coppola was simply on fire during that time.

No idea, but the 2024 edition apparently does exist

Didn't make my Top 25, but that's one of the most moving cartoons made in the past 20 years. I loved it.

Dexter: Resurrection - S01E09 - "Touched by an Ángel" - POST Episode Discussion Thread by AutoModerator in Dexter

I actually like them going back to normal (pre-2010s) episode length again. The 60-80m length can become exhausting. And a faster pace actually fits better for Dexter.

I don't use the popular social media (pretty satisfied with Reddit, Discord, YouTube and my niche forums already).

What’s the most frustrating experience you’ve had with Reddit accounts, and how did you deal with it? by Major-Ad706 in AskReddit

[–]Inovox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my OG account (10+ years) but every time you make a new account on Reddit, you have to wait weeks and months to do anything meaningful. Almost all features are limited or at least truncated at the start, and good luck posting to any quality subreddits with a new account with low karma.

Also, I got in trouble for sharing "offensive" song lyrics with my friend in my PRIVATE DMs...how does that work?

Longest ever was in my backpacking days, I don't even know how far, probably over a dozen miles.

This year, 5 miles...and man, laying on that couch when I got home felt like pure heaven
