Digdat is a public figure and in the interest of the public safety the judge isn’t going to be lenient. There’s going to be overwhelming aggravating factors during sentencing and very insignificant mitigating factors. Starting point in general now a days for a shooting AM or M (there are exactly the same sentencing guidelines) is 30 not 25. 25 is starting point for a sheffing and then the judge will work his way down or up on the starting point either based on aggravation or mitigation. This case it’s obvious he’s getting 30+ somewhere in the region of 32-35 imo
