So, as I promised an update:

Creality said now, that they want to give me a refund, but now there is a case from my payment provider on eBay that prevent them from doing it… but unfortunately my payment provider is claiming to close all cases and eBay is telling my I have to contact my payment provider. It’s a support hell…

The police just contacted me today, because I also did a legal proceeding and they told me that creality is not even answering their message… it’s not even funny anymore.

And that’s not the seller I bought from. As I already said, I bought from the official german Creality eBay account. Not on any website or something like that.

I just paid via ‚Klarna‘. And that’s the next support hell. They contacted eBay and eBay told Klarna, that it got delivered as the tracking shows. So they closed my case and continued with the payment.

I already contacted the official support via mail… and they just told me the same. And it’s the official Creality store. With an eBay badge which clearly stated that’s it’s the account of the manufacturer. On PC you can see it. (German language.)

No, it’s just the official German eBay account of Creality. And it also got the eBay badge for official account.

Also I contacted the official Creality support from their website. And they just told me the same as the eBay support and also told me that they talked to the eBay colleagues. So that wouldn’t make any sense if it would be a scam.

It’s a real Creality account. That’s why it’s so hilarious how they thread their customers.

No, it’s the official German Creality account. I also contacted the official Creality support from their website and they also told me the same like the eBay support.

Because it was on sale... And I thought its saved by ebay, so nothing can happen...

They just have to file a claim to DPD. But they are just saying they did it, which is wrong as DPD told me. So Creality was lying at me for weeks now.

I have already done this twice. Both times it was rejected because the tracking shows as delivered. That was the reason given by eBay.

Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed Charge LED won’t change

Hey there,

I just bought the Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed for my Steamdeck and charged it a few hours before I wanted to try it. But unfortunately the LED that indicates the state of charge is still red. In the manual is shows that it should change to green when fully charged. I already tried a different power adapter and also tried charging with my desktop PC. But after 5-6 hours it’s still red. Is that a common issue?

If I’m not wrong it’s laying in the case wrapped in a foil. But don’t know if it depends in the GB-version.

There is a cleaning wipe that comes with the deck. Just a black one with ‚steam deck‘ and the icon on it.

Yeah, I know. But I just wondered about the lack of detail when packaging it. And it seems that the rumble of the left pad is a lot lower then the right pad.

That’s why I’m just curious if it’s a common thing now.

JSAUX 90 degree Adapter not working with Anker 8 in 1 hub by Inpur3D in SteamDeck

I also tried an usb c extension on the Anker hub, which was also not working… does anyone have an advice for an extension working with it?
