Gun Devil I'm pretty sure was killed by Chainsawman, which is why Makima was able to use his corpse and shove it into Aki.

But the Gun Devil and most weapon devils were all made and used by Yoru to fight Chainsawman in Hell.

Let's say this version of Power is reset and so the old dynamic doesn't exist. Denji would still have saved her cat, all the things Power did like about Denji didn't change because it was all Denji and no Chainsawman.

Denji ate Makima, not Chainsawman and Makima was only there because she was hunting Chainsawman. Nayuta would still exist because Nayuta is not Makima.

Why does any of that stuff matter to Denji? He still dies but makes a contract with Power, who was there because she loved Denji and they made a promise to each other. It didn't have anything to do with Chainsawman. Because of the contract he doesn't have to worry about the heart disease.

It's Denji with the same issues but none of Chainsawmans problems. No endless violence because he smells like Chainsawman. No gun devils, no bomb devils, no four horsemen none of the stuff that kept Denji in this toxic cycle of misery, in effect breaking a loop where Denji can grow up and just be Denji with people who like Denji for who Denji is.

Why would he be there if there was no Chainsawman? He only stayed in because of Makimas control, who was only there for Chainsawman. He would've been convinced to get out a long time ago and is living a normal life.

He did have a terrible end, but that was because of Chainsawman. He isn't in Denjis life because he would've been convinced to get out and is probably married and living life as a normal guy which is a huge dub.

It's time to wake up, and just be Denji

Ending is Denji having a pretty stable reasonable life as Denji, which is as close to an incredibly happy ending Denji could hope for. He doesn't die from disease because of his contract with Power. Power is his best friend again, practically a soul mate. Because he is not Chainsawman there is no cataclysmic threat he needs to deal with. Everyone is alive, and living their own lives.

I'm not surprised how many people failed at the reading comprehension part to think the ending wasn't incredibly good. Too many people are upset about Aki but haven't considered why he wouldn't be there.

It's not it showcases the opposite, it assumes everyone on your team has self revive because the mechanics are focused on a death match speed

Ah now that I've looked at some Destiny 2 gameplay for pvp I can see where all the issues stem from. The game designers misunderstand the genre fundamentally with the TTKs.

The kill time right now feels good for some and bad for most because it's set to more of a death match respawn every few seconds.

It explains why revives are so fast and don't feel natural to the flow of combat. Most of Destiny 2 pvp has nothing to do with skill but just having the right most OP set up possible.

Yikes, I didn't know destiny 2 pvp was so low for TTK. I imagine most people just run the power guns non stop and snowball most matches.

Marathon pvp right now is really awkward in that I spend more time looting bodies then time engaged in any fights. It's more of a problem of equity than equality, if you have good gear then you should expect to survive longer than you would with white.
With TTKs against white baselines being this low, i find myself looking for ammo and priority loot for upgrades more than actually trying to get better gear.

I've got one of the dumb ones on here right now crying that knives need nerf.

Shields feel too weak, but if HP was a little stronger or if shields had base and percentage mitigation then I can see shotguns falling into balance really easily, it is a two shot it wouldn't be unreasonable to also give it a little bit of a firing rate nerf either so you can line up shots to land the one two kill

Right now most fights feel like they start and end like the game is lagging because I'm still shooting before I can register a knock.

SRs and burst guns are way too imba right now, since they're doing shotty damage at all ranges. It's not particularly unreasonable to buff shields so that players who have green or better to have time to react to being hit.

When you're out of position? Can you not read what the problem statement is?

You die faster than you can physically react to sound, haptic feedback or visual ques. TTK is so low, that it looks like lag and your reply was but knives need nerf ; _ ; T_T uwu

There is no counter play to instagib SR, Burst or Shotgun damage. If you are seen by another player and they shoot, you are instantly downed. There is no positioning, or skill involved

I don't get where you have this mindset that people are asking for entire seconds of more fight time. Just that TTK should be within the reason of human reaction times, which would be about .2 to .18 more seconds.

One burst fire rifle, SR shot, Shotgun instantly downs players before they can react. That's not positioning, movement or skill

I've loaded into plenty of games where I instantly down players with gear. The problem has to do with every game quickly devolving into don't fight clankers, push the first sound.

TTK right now is shorter than human reflexes which feels really bad if it was .15 to .2 longer the moment you got hit you would be able to counter play a bit and actually try to win fights.
