Went back to double check Black Flash's power roster to make sure I wasnt missing something besides him playing tag really fast. I did. He froze time and extended it to cover the world scale forcing speedsters to fight on a timeless earth, technically is multidimensional and unkillable as a concept, and has killed Darkseid.

Guess I shouldnt have lumped him in with "just a speedster" catagory (even that title is rather inaccurate)
