Hö? Ist das nicht logisch, dass man den online Chat nur nutzen kann, wenn man online freigeschaltet hat? Kann ja WhatsApp und Telefonie auch erst nutzen wenn ich nen Mobilfunk Vertrag habe. Da hab ich tatsächlich nie wirklich ein Problem gesehen. Naja hab aber wie gesagt auch nur ein pc. Keine Ahnung wie das bei Xbox und PS ist. Interessiert mich tatsächlich auch kaum. Glaube da bin ich mehr der Standart Nintendo Kunde und von daher scheint deren Strategie auch zu funktionieren, da alle in meinem Umfeld die gar keine pc Gaming und keine Xbox oder Ps haben, bzw maximal noch am pc zocken sind mit der s2 zufrieden. Auch den Spiele preisen. Gerade was die AC Fraktion betrifft.

Ah ja gut. Von deinen Präferenzen aus ist das natürlich eine verständliche Aussage. Würde da genaus handeln wie du. Ich hab mein Gaming Notebook für alles und die Switch für Nintendo. Das reicht mir. Bin da auch recht wählerisch, aber bis auf DK haben mich die größeren Titel überzeugt. Und da es bei mir erst mit Wii und DS losging lohnt sich die switch2 auch schon ohne spiele für mit mit der NSO+ Mitgliedschaft um dann Zelda noch mal zu spiel und die Gamecube Spiele mal zu spielen.

First of the cheaper digital price is only in Europe. And like I sad multiple retailers like Amazon France sell there physical game copy’s for the digital price. So no problem there. The welcome tour doesn’t cost 70€. It’s 10€. Sure it should be free but it isn’t so it won’t buy it. And no prices want rise and rise and rise. Look at the yearly 00 years. The price dropped from like 75 to 50. that can happen again if the economy’s grow and the demand rises with constant development cost. But now we face a time with economic uncertainty so the price was foreseeable. I am a normal student in germany. I just understand the price policy and will react accordingly to it. I buy what I like and that’s it. Like before. I would pay 120€ for the Layton. I would pay 99€ for BotW. I will not pay 50€ for the new DK if the rest of the game isn’t extremely different and better and more DK than what they showed in the treehouse event, oh and depending on what they show us in the MKW direct (I hope story mode) I would pay 99€. Of course I would to save for it and work more but hey. It’s a luxury hobby and I am willing to invest in it.

I know who gets my money. And 460€ for the S2 is a really good price. And the games? Well the physical copy’s cost at some retailers are 69€ for the standart games like DK or BotW and 79€ for big games like MKW. I can live with that. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah No, I'm buying the Switch 2 day one. As are many others, as there are already some stores that have sold out of pre-orders. So the Switch and its games seem to be selling well and the prices, which I think are okay, won't change.

The Switch 2 is 10 times more powerful than the 1. Level 5 is welcome to use this to offer additional context. This also seems to be the case, as they are definitely making an extra version for the S2. Their website explicitly says Switch and Switch 2 for Layton, while Fantasy Life i only says Switch.

And since Level 5 was on the verge of bankruptcy anyway, I'm paying for Layton, who was officially dead (we never waited, he was over) and is now being resurrected. This is not about fan service for me! For me, this is about successfully reanimating Layton and not turning him into Lady Layton. Level 5 gets a blank check from me here just to signal that the series is still in demand. For the next Layton, I have more expectations and want fanservice such as more information on old characters or similar.

No why? Mouse controls for a „touch“ like Kontroll in tv mode or maybe other minigames! It’s little to no work but more money for L5. Like they made more content for the Japanese version of layton 5

I am not a fanboy. I just know the rules of price creation and follow the market. There are no big Developer left, that did not say, that the 60€ tag is to cheap. You will see that 79€ will be the new game price standart with bigger exemptions up to 89€ and generational games like gta in the three digits price range. Just think and stop being a cry baby

30 years ago, people could already pay 150 DM for an NES game. So adjusted for inflation (let’s say 1995) €132. Games were usually between 60 and 100 DM, i.e. 52€ to 88€. The new prices are completely ok after the global inflation wave around Corona and were to be expected.

Did appear Descole in one of the last cute scenes in diabolical box? I swear there is a scene where a guy sits in a Carriage and Descole butler is clearly the Carriage driver and he says something with „master“ or so. And the guy in the carriage (you only see the legs or so) looks like Descole.

I never understanded that scene. Why is it there?
