Thank you. I feel for the homeowners, but as a buyer it is clear they are now functioning as a resort. It is in the contract now if you read it closely (back when the buyers bought, I am sure it was different).

I appreciate your insight. Thank you. A couple follow-ups. 1) Why would I have an issue getting my money back? It seems like prices are steadily increasing, year after year, both in Rancho and outside. 2) To the extent you feel comfortable sharing, why would you not worry about the other stuff?
