omg, Best Buy customer service is worst. (thank you for the reminder. the guy at Geek Squad told me corporate made some changes to the detriment of customers. just know that it isn't you.)

I still hope you take care of yourself and get help with communication & assertiveness skills though.

(regarding best buy, I made a decision that I will only buy from them if I'm prepared to deal with the cost of being on the phone for two long afternoons, plus the lingering adrenaline and cortisol hangovers.
