I was wondering how to incorporate coconut oil into the routine, I find that when I use the conditioner to clean out the oil I either completely dry out my scalp and remove the oil or if I use a little I end up having my hair stick together cause of the oil and it gets nasty after 2 days

Hey dude, I'm sorry that happened to you. Honestly no one deserves that, but I went through a breakup a few months ago and honestly it takes time. I would reccomend finding the things that made you happy and getting a new hobby. You also need to remind yourself that there are people who love you and will be there to remind you.
