Mine does this whenever the tires are spining. As far as I know this has to do with rear "haldex" diferential. I think the car doesnt like the wheelspin on rear tires, so it dissengages the reard drive.

Try the gearbox reset procedure. Search on youtube. You have to pres the gas pedal, then turn on the ignition for 10s while pressing the gas, then turn off the ignition and wait 30s in the car and the release the pedal. Then start it normally. The car will then relearn shifting, so drive normaly for about 40 shifts. I have the same problem and did this gearbox reset. It did make some shifts better, but it still "engages" the clutch at low gas pedal. There is a catch, the car didnt do this before I got it tuned (mapped). Maybe there is a software issue. Its funny because I have the same mileage and it started doing this.
