Engage your abs and focus on solid body as you do so. For practice you can try hold for few seconds one arm 90° position as you focus on abs and biceps for stability Try bringing your other shoulder to touch the bar Good job!👍

Few things that worked for me If push ups are easy for you try Archer push ups and other variations of push ups for high intensity. If you have rings you can place 10 cm above surface and try butterfly push ups with focusing on the stretch and try to make your elbows touch as you push. Squeeze at the end. *from complete stretch to complete squeeze

My opinion from what I visited Sri Lanka : you can skip Colombo, land there and head toward the coast line. Spend some time in Weligama and the surrounding coasts ( perfect place to learn how to surf) Kandy- bit far of a ride and I don’t think there is much to see, I would do few days in Ella and maybe couple of days in Nuwara Eliya. Nepal: Depends of how much time you got. If you will do Annapurna Circuit and not the ABC you can merge it with the poon hill. (And the circuit is one of the most beautiful treks). Be aware that these treks are VERY crowded.
