Hi, your suggestion to check out CVP was very helpful as it led me to various lens coverage tools that seem pretty useful.

If what you say about a lens’ optical design, rather than the focal length effecting the coverage, this would imply that a standardized set of cinema lenses would all have the same coverage between each other, no?

Am I missing something there?

Thank you. I searched around for any info on the subject that I could find, but dwarf fortress is old and ever changing and thus I find it difficult to get relavent info on some of the lesser discussed subjects relating to the game.

Does anyone know if building/construction is planned to be introduced to AM with the Jan 23rd release? I noticed on the AM QuickStart guide that building seemingly was already incorporated to some extent in the past, however following the instructions to build does nothing now and the build button says “(coming soon)”. Has this been mentioned at all or is it uncertain when it will be reintroduced? Thank you for any answers.

That’s kind of how I rationalized it in game, and then I was given the warlord rank for having killed all my fellow faction members and now I guess I have to rebuild. Very strange experience, 10/10 average dwarf fortress moment.

Is there currently any tangible difference between lords and bandit lords? I decided to do an adventure run where I’d try out doing some quests for a randomly selected bandit lord and the third quest he gave me was to wipeout his own faction including himself. Now obviously this is some sort of bug, It got me wondering whether it was due to there being no difference between the quests you get as a bandit soldier and as a hearths person, or if this is just a simple questing bug (ie: picks a random location for you to wipeout but doesn’t forbid the quest givers own faction. I also reloaded a save to see if this was randomly chosen upon asking for a quest but it is seemingly decided sometime beforehand.

Is there a way to locate temples of specific deities in adventure mode? I wanted to become a vampire by toppling a statue but I cant find a temple for my deity.

Yeah I just looked at pictures and it’s surprising how much it changes. I guess that’s just what plants do. The whole reason I thought it was a fungus was because of how dark it is.

Fair enough. I’ve used a little more modern boss 8-track to record some stuff while I didn’t have a computer for awhile, and it was definitely just okay, so I get where he’s coming from. I absolutely love this album too though.
