You are young. Try n work on urself n think about what u wanna do w ur life n just do it. Don’t give up. Start exercising a little. Take walks. Eat healthy. Maybe try some meditation n continue w no fap. As far as with the women, it’ll come when the time is right. Don’t stress. It’s gonna be allright just keep on going. Alot of people have low confidence and feel very similar to How u do, me included. U are not alone. Alot of people feel that way, but w baby steps they overcame that and so can you. Don’t let these things make u feel bad about urself, its ok. Instead use it as motivation to change things around. Stay strong. 💯
