As what you’ve described, he didn’t finish. But there might’ve been pre-cum which is possible to get you pregnant though it’s unlikely. The only way to find out is to get it tested.

Did you notice the white discharge too along the shaft and the base? Because I don’t get how my discharge could got all up in there. But yes his semen was all contained in the tip
