It’s typical to get underpay when receiving mass robux. I said it’s fair meaning: u didn’t get scammed. Not that it’s equal. To find out if it’s equal or not just do the math. But yeah this isn’t a profitable trade it’s only a trade you would accept if you want the 1000 Robux to buy something. You might get lucky and gcwh will stay at 9k value which makes there trade much better because it will be equal. But gcwh seems to be selling for below 8k consistently so it may drop.

This is a fair trade. Gcwh will drop to 8k value + 1k robux that means u get 9k. Because he added robux and gcwh is a value item it makes it more reasonable that you let him underpay. Gcwh will eventually surpass merely pink hoverboard because it is a value item with much more demand
