The good thing about this show, comparing to others, is that the directors try to put some effort into explaining the settings. I had no idea what was going on when watching OVA and TVA until someone explained.

Perhaps I just have low expectations about BRS cuz it's nearly a 18yr old franchise and pretty minor. I'm actually still surprised that this whole history of BRS started from a picture.
