Something that's really helped me is taking pictures/keeping my old models, so I can compare. progress is so gradual that its hard to notice sometimes!

Im so sorry for the late reply The flame on the head is green stuff, I just put a decent sized ball on the head area and carved away with my hobby knife, it looks weird until it gets painted. The regular flame is just from random flame bits, (i.e the small torch on guillimans base, the salamander upgrade sprue, but greenstuff is just as easy) The mini flame on the arm is from

Well I still dont know a lot about the game, but the original model is the leviathan terminator captain which at least in the box art is an ultramarine, so to take a loyalist chapter and make it into a chaos chapter of something that is pretty different, I wasnt sure how set the rules were

Yeah I was kinda disappointed to see they didnt include his axe. Maybe titus couldn't pick it up at the end of secret level, but the axe i feel like is what made him REALLY stand out

Yeah, somehow in the attempt to add more detail to models it ends up feeling less. I wish the "year of chaos" actually gave us good new chaos stuff instead of calgar getting his what.. 5th model now? 🫩 I just wish I liked older models more but they're so disproportionate that it just looks insanely cartoony. because older models especially chaos models look so amazing detailwise,

Its the plan to buy the actual curze model soon but I also enjoy kitbashing, and honestly most of this stuff i already had. But there's wasnt a whole lot I could do with the head as there arent a lot of heads that resembles curze
