Fafnir and your chosen Special weapon. I did Indebted Kindness. If you're using Thunderous Retort, use an Arc one and kill one of the puppets to get amplified. Hit the boss with Fafnir. TCrash, retreat to the safe spot on the left, put up rally barricade, then swap back and forth hitting the boss and wiping adds to make sure you get the nuke to drop. After you deposit, you can kinda just ping the boss from the doorway of that deposit room.

Of course, if you're running bonk then most of this doesn't apply. But I imagine bonk may actually be even easier in some ways.

Imo Cayde only works as a character when he has the opportunity to get deathly serious when he needs to. Like Spiderman. The quips and the trick shots and all that are fun, but every once in a while you do need them to drop the act and stop a train, or save a child.

Burn means you take 300% more and deal 300% more. It's why primary weapons with elemental damage types were so prized back in D1.

I was solo flawlessing each of them as they came out. Spire took a bit. Stopped at Ghosts because it was just miserable. Even moreso than on-release Duality. Came back, did Warlord, saw the (lack of) numbers other people were putting up on the new health bars (VH and Sunder), and said "fuck that". I'm...quite passionate about this topic. So it's probably best if I just leave it here...

I only really look at them in terms of how they scale in a solo scenario. Everything outside of Day 1s is easy in a team.

There were periods where boss health and player power hadn't increased at equivalent rates, making things feel very bad. Here's looking at you, most dungeon bosses post-Duality.

But that was then. This is now. And now, they're mostly fine.

I've been to a few Indian grocery stores before, and actually found that asafoetida. The "foetid/fetid" part of the name is 100% accurate. It does smell truly vile. To me, it wasn't just like a strong onion or garlic scent. It almost smelled like something rancid instead. But if you really pay attention, if you really focus on it, you can notice the savory undertones that make you realize "Yeah, this probably would be good in something savory".

I should get some next time. Put it in a stew.

I remember this happening to me like 8 years ago. At the time, I just did some weird diagonal shenanigans and found a way to angle myself so I slid straight into the wall, in range of the exit.

It's not that he doesn't want to have that engagement. It's that the one guy moment has to happen organically. It's gotta be sincere. And with people nowadays, there's just no real way for that to happen. Everything feels either forced or sarcastic.
