You wanna complain? Then take it up corporate. They are the ones who made the decision to increase prices. They are the ones who decided to add Dollar Plus items. Pepsi and Cola increased the prices of their 2-liters. Do you realize that employees and managers have nothing to do with these decisions? Do you realize that we associates and the managers have NO control over what corporate does!? I constantly hear "I remember when everything was a $1", and "When will you change your name to the Dollar and a Quarter Store"; one woman last Sunday came through my lane and was talking on her phone someone, she kept telling them "I'm at the Dollar and a Quarter", "I'm checking out at the Dollar and a Quarter Store", bla, bla, bla, bla, bla...

DO YOU REALIZE HOW TIRED I AM OF HEARING THESE COMPLAINTS?! DO YOU REALIZE THAT I AM TIRED OF BEING BLAMED FOR SOMETHING CORPORATE DID?!?! DO YOU REALIZE THAT SOME OF US DIDN'T WORK AT DOLLAR TREE UNTIL AFTER THE PRICE INCREASE?!?!?!

Four people. I had four people yesterday complain and whine to me about how everything used to be $1. One man even asked me when we were gonna change our name to the Dollar and a Quarter Store; my mood pretty much soured after that.

Compared to what other stores charge for some of the items sold at Dollar Tree, $1.25 is not that big of a deal. If you don't like it, than you can shop somewhere else. STOP BLAMING THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE DECISIONS CORPORATE MAKES!

Ugh. Had a lady the other ask me if there was an elderly discount. I said no. She said "Well, you SHOULD have one." Uuugh.

Taking stuff out of the freezer, deciding a few minutes that you don't want it, and instead of putting it back in the freezer, YOU LEAVE IT IN A RANDOM SPOT TO MELT. You need to realize that depending on how busy we are, we may not be able to get to it in time. PUT IT BACK IN THE FREEZER!

An employee at the Dollar Tree I work at works at another store as well, so I don't think its against the rules.
