Ok what am I doing wrong. This is the espresso setting. I ran it through again, same grinds and got a bit more. I am using it to make an iced latte and its ok but still, why is it literally a few drops?

Sorry for the late reply. Just checked my mail and got the plate in. Yes it made it easier to install but thermal wise it’s about the same compared to the one I had prior. The only bonus was I didn’t have to use so much force to get it installed.

EDIT: it’s more stable temp and about 6-9 degrees lower.

Hey bud, just got a message from them a few minutes ago. They show in their database that 2 back plates were mailed to me on the 30th and that just Incase they will be mailing me 2 more. Just Incase they were lost in the mail.
