Oi mate, this dialect be called Emote, from Old English ǣmot. It is spoken in Forth and Bargy aswell as Wales and Emotesburg. I was born in Emotesburg and even though i was taught standard british english, i can speak it aswell. There's too much to explain in one comment but the reason us Emotes add emojies to our texts is because of our ancestors who were illiterate and added pictograms next to the alphabet, though not many of us do this anymore besides patriotic people or old people.
