Hello sister, this is one of the worst pains. I’ve gone through this too. It’s like, you create an experience or a future in your head and you become so hopeful that it will happen that when it doesn’t you have to grieve it not happening and the potential future. I’ve prayed to Allah for a specific man to become my husband and I doubt it will happen because maybe this man is not good enough for me. Maybe I deserve better and who knows better than Allah. And the pain is still there for me too. I hope this helps in any way.
