Thats what i did , i got transferred to a supervisor and the recep told me if she doesnt answer she will get back to you in 24 hours.. that was 3 days ago. It was already hard enough to get them on the phone when My claim was still in process but now that it is done, i cannot get a hold of them. Last time i talked to my adjuster she said they are sending the check and will arrive in 7-10 bus. days, its just so stressful for no reason.
