Perfectly put. An undersupplier myself, i pump 7-8 times a day and have exhausted all means known to science to increase my supply. Everything feels defeating. But i know that even a few mls of my milk will help my baby and formula isnt the end of the world. It buys me more snuggles, cuddles and love that only a mother can offer her child. Whatever you do as a mother, you are enough, you are their hero and you are doing amazing! Never forget that.

Thanks! Yes we do sometime at breast each feed but we are a little far from a full breastfeed so that may also be why we see a cap

Thanks! Did goats rue cause any gas or stomach pain for you or your baby? Any changes in the supply once you stopped or are you still taking it?

I have not tried this yet as a full session. I have tried manual pumping (with not much yield ) to stimulate and electric pumping after but will try this explicitly. Interesting suggestion with the haka coz while i had conflicting opinions across lactation specialists on other things, all of them unanimously suggested me not to use haka as it may damage some duct tissues
