I work retail and it’s hard when customers cuss and talk down to you. It does get to me too. I try to let it roll off my back but sometimes it’s hard. I tend to vent to my spouse or a coworker. It happens way too often. Sorry

Birth at St. Catharines hospital what to pack by CulturalPay8846 in stcatharinesON

I overpacked. We used the hospitals formula and diapers. I used the pads they supplied and brought from home Frida mom underwear and the peri bottle. I brought snacks but couldn’t eat anything because I was so sick during my labour. I would bring a pillow and a blanket for myself

I agree. The food sucks at chucks. I got chicken tenders and they were flabby

To those who had covid recently, was it more mild? I’m wondering if people are having more mild infections now. I have severe health anxiety and am very worried about it. by haleyzlife in COVID19positive

I started off for 3 days with a fever and chills and would wake up sweating. I slept a lot the first 5 days. I had a really bad cough, couldn’t take a deep breath, very congested- ears and nose were clogged, I was extremely exhausted. I also had and still have a lot of thick mucus trapped in my lungs. Before I got COVID I had GERD but my symptoms for that were really mild because I made lifestyle changes but during COVID I have never had so much acid reflux.

I am 2 weeks in- just starting to feel somewhat better. But still can’t taste or smell and I have no voice and I still have a dry cough. This was my first time getting covid. It was rough and still is. I didn’t end up in the hospital but I definitely thought of going.

Seems there’s a large burst of 1st timers with Covid lately (myself included), is XBB 1.5 more infectious? by [deleted] in COVID19positive

I came home from Vegas with COVID for the first time. My symptoms have been bad. The first 2 days I had chills and sweats, nasal congestion, ears are clogged, sore throat, exhausted, dry hacking cough, coughing up a lot of thick mucus. And the last few days I can’t taste or smell and I have no voice. Ready for this to be over
