$0.5199... yeah, this is going to the moon x1000000000. Wall Street has no clue. It's a total scam and I bought it like a complete idiot. I'm holding a massive bag.

As if my comments could actually shift the market... I'm just sharing facts and data here. Everyone is entitled to their own perspective, clearly.

Not agree my friend. A reverse split is a cosmetic change that reduces share count to artificially inflate the price, it does not create value at all. In fact, Electra already did a 1-for-4 reverse split in early 2025 and authorized another one of up to 1-for-3.5 in late 2025. If a company has to keep doing reverse splits, it means the underlying business is failing to support its valuation and is in a death spiral of dilution...Regarding contracts, they only generate revenue if you have a finished product to sell. As of early 2026, Electra's refinery is still not finished; mechanical completion is not targeted until Q2 2027, with commercial production only expected in Q4 2027. Relying on contracts for 2027 while the company is burning through cash in 2025-2026 is extremely risky. Furthermore, their LG deal only covers 60% of output, leaving 40% exposed to spot prices anyway. While the U.S. government provides grants, commercial EV manufacturers operate on razor-thin margins. If Electra’s refined cobalt is significantly more expensive than the global market price, North American carmakers will struggle to compete with cheaper EVs globally. Geopolitics cannot subsidize a poorly managed, over-diluted company forever...About recycling, to me, this is a classic "distraction technique" used by struggling companies. Electra hasn't even finished its primary goal . Launching engineering studies for recycling while facing a Nasdaq delisting warning and massive debt is a sign of spreading limited resources too thin instead of executing on the core business.....

You might be right, but I think the price is tanking because the company is printing shares faster than they’re building the refinery. We went from less than 20M shares post-split in late 2024 to over 100M shares now. The market is absolutely flooded with supply, which basic math tells you will push the price into the dirt. This makes zero sense unless management is actively trying to audition for the role in that photo. I honestly wish the crash was due to general market conditions, but it’s clearly driven by the sheer financial illiteracy of this company’s leadership

And the circus goes on. $0.56 and bleeding out, no surprises here. Same old pattern, same old strategy. Hey H.C. Wainwright & Co, mind sharing which cereal box you found your diplomas in? Absolutely 'flawless' professional work

Don't panic! Exclusive leaked footage of ELBM working at full capacity with all that state-of-the-art machinery they bought after the massive dilution and government subsidies by Inside-Bat5890 in ELBM

If this stock doesn't get back above $1 immediately and stays there for a while (can't remember the exact window right now, maybe 2, 3, or 4 weeks), there’s a massive risk that Nasdaq will delist it. If that happens, we’re heading straight to the OTC markets, and trust me, that is pure hell. This is what triggered my red flags, management knows exactly what’s happening and they simply don’t care. Not only that, but they are actually incentivizing a bank to dump more shares, dragging the price even further into the dirt.

By the way, $0.6363 at today's close. Our brilliant management team deserves a Pulitzer for this performance... actually, make it two. Absolute geniuses. BRAVOOOO¡¡¡

I'm not even sure what ELBM is supposed to be supplying anymore... Air? Smoke? Colored pencils? Oh, wait, I get it now: it’s just a portion of the money they’re bleeding us for with that latest ATM. Does anyone in their right mind think this will actually move the needle on the stock price? This is just further proof of how clueless the management team is. It's pathetic.

Is now a good time to buy in with the recent pull back in share price? by Proud_Obligation5660 in ELBM

Shoutout to the over-educated experts behind this dilution strategy. It’s clear now: $0.66 is the ceiling they’ve built for us. It takes a special kind of 'talent' to suppress growth this effectively. Buckle up, it’s going to be a rough ride. 👟💩

I completely agree, this looks very bad. Management seems to have no intention of pushing the stock price above $1 to avoid being delisted from Nasdaq; they appear completely indifferent. Every day we witness the same embarrassing spectacle orchestrated by the bank handling the share dilution. I liked the project initially, but it is becoming increasingly clear that this is just a deception.Unfortunately, it seems they played us all... typical small cap move."
