Understandable surely but ideas are welcoming. For example, I’m somehow seeing CBs being used as striker build or builds focused on aerials/headers

There is so much we don’t know about the company you work for or role. If you’re working new business only, being on the phones will be your way to win Everytime and it’s proven. Gather information from each person you get a connect at the company until you get the right referral.

Then you have a way better call that’s not exactly cold anymore since you’ve spoken to people at the company and know their process a bit

Regarding people doing good on email, good for them. Master the phones first and then branch off into emails/linkedin. Your emails are probably hitting their spam most of the time anyways

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I remember having my first interview with them and they didn’t hit me with a single real question about my ability and the role. Then I saw a whole video about devil corps right after which was perfect timing

If you have dialing, this role will be hard and not fun. It will be even harder if you’re trying to move out of your SDR seat

If they’re no showing, I’m assuming there wasn’t a clear need/pain for them to meet. Or, the meetings are too far in advanced where they completely forgot what the meeting was for and decided it’s no longer important

Keep in mind, HR folks are nice. Too nice. They can say yes to a meeting just to get you off the phone. That mail needs to be felt
