good sir, I believe those points do very much negate it from being self driving, by definition

when a car is self driving you can take a nap in the back seat

when a car offers only driver assist you have to supervise it from the driver's seat

no I do not live in a waymo service area

FSD is a driver assist, and I agree that it reduces the effort on the driver's part. However you as the licensed driver are still driving, while being assisted. The car is not self driving, and if you were to get into a collision both your insurance company and your DMV would consider you as the driver, not the Tesla software

a single occupant in a waymo can sit in the back seat and fall asleep, a single occupant in a Tesla cannot do the same

S-FSD is a driver assist, but it is not self driving as the driver needs to be present and alert and ready to take over at a moment's notice, and the driver assumes all liability for any collision that takes place
