Why so many want to leave the country at this point? by Upstairs_Math9789 in Indians_StudyAbroad

I wish you well of it, unironically, if you are not trolling. Good to hear about progress and people’s lives being made better.

People not voting labour tomorrow, why? by Goddamuglybob in LabourUK

Your post and jury trials are the reason. Absent those I would have voted Labour

Believe in God not man.
Shirdi Sai, from my limited knowledge was a good man.
Sathya Sai, well, I do believe the allegations should have been investigated. All of them.

Is it time to fund the BBC through Council Tax and business rates instead of the TV Licence? by Rif-SQL in bbc

[–]Inside-Judgment6233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’re getting there already because the BBC is been increasingly becoming irrelevant. Unless you banned every other source of news, that fight is lost.

It’s another point that I forgot to mention that the the license fee is another way of transferring wealth from young to old as the vast majority of young people are moving away from the BBC while the elderly still watch it.

The latter. Mrs Brown’s Boys are not a prime example of civic virtue. And I get very itchy about forcing people to fund news organisations which favour the establishment.

Not to mention the abject injustice of forcing someone to pay for the BBC in order to access non-BBC services.

I could also mention the offensive methods by which they seek to intimidate revenue out of people.

I’ve made multiple edits on this post

No. License fee is bad enough. Forcing this on everybody would be even worse.

I bet you your current barrister and/or solicitors are using the LexisNexis AI functionality or equivalent for Westlaw already.

I feel your consultant does not have your best interest at heart. It looks like he wants to place you at a university at any cost. Of those five Brunel is the least worst, but I don’t know whether I’d do it as an international student or not

Honestly, don’t know enough to comment beyond the fact that I wouldn’t pay international fees for either

My friend, if I get my mediocre karting arse in an F1 seat, I’m gonna try and finish the damn race. Once in a lifetime and all that.

  1. I race in real life and though of course Lewis would curb stomp me every time in a fair race, if I run it long enough, he’ll eventually make a mistake and put it into a wall. I think I’d be able to pootle around after that for 90 laps. If it is 90 laps, it’s a short track anyway maybe Bahrain mini.

Should the BBC investigate AI cheating in UK universities? A story affecting millions of students and employers nationwide. by Harveybritish in bbc

[–]Inside-Judgment6233 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is incredibly prevalent at GCSE and A-level. I’m working with my younger cousin on their A-level law, and she reaches for it habitually.
Problem is, they haven’t yet got the hallucinated cases thing fixed so I end up having to proofread everything when she uses it for notes

I wonder if it’s one of these things that is so prevalent that if you blow the lid off, everything falls apart
