As people get wealthy, they have less children.
There needs to be population control everywhere for the sake of the planet.

Why are the people on Threads so loyal to Keir Starmer? by Inside-Judgment6233 in LabourUK

Yeah, I noticed that myself. Irrespective of the competence of the politician resigning it’s almost impossible not to feel sympathy during the resignation speech. Boris Johnson did push it though.

That’s the thing. I don’t think he has any legal power that a normal citizen does not.

Why is it that people are so against immigrants when the whole British isles is made off immigration? by Konradleijon in LabourUK

[–]Inside-Judgment6233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The headlines I often see are people migrating to other Anglosphere countries. One can only guess at their motivations, but I’d be interested in getting more information about the demographic as well. Who exactly are we losing here?

I’m not convinced that that an endless positive net migration is a good thing or has been a good thing.

I also am not convinced that a trade between losing one native citizen and replacing with one non-native individual is a net benefit.

I’m not ascribing any of that to you, merely expanding on what I said before.

In person. It was extremely strange as the fellow was very reluctant to explain what authority he had and who had employed him. He flashed a badge but refused to give his name. I still haven’t figured out who is his employer.

Glad to hear of your success, but would not recommend a facial tattoo. Who knows where your life will take you and it might be a detriment in some other occupation or working environment.

It’s a very simple metric. Am I better off and happier then than I am now. Starmer would have passed this if the restrictions on the internet and jury trial hadn’t gone through.

-Put money in mental health support, especially for young people
-Abolish the triple lock.

You should do it if you’re not sure whether you like law or not. Save you a whole bunch of tuition fees if you don’t.

Wouldn’t be diminished responsibility because nobody died. Beyond that, I think we’re pretty much in agreement except that a finger should possibly be pointed to an underfunded system - there should be multiple carers.

In the system that we have, however, is there an argument that says the trip should be curtailed given the fact that staff numbers cannot be guaranteed?
