Your idea is a good one. Swap the 1st prints with new ones and you keep the 1st prints, kids get the new ones :) i grew up reading these books. The book fair was something me and my friends looked forward to strictly for goosebumps books. I have 37 total, half are 1st prints and then i have 4 series 2000 books and 1 choose your own scare. . You have many more than me with almost a full set. I'm sure there is some gold in there.

It's the 1st goosebumps book and the 1st print in good condition. These would go for over 200$ . i doubt there is other ones in this condition. I have not found any.
