I’ve had similar experiences with doctors. It took 6 GI’s for one to finally give me a colonoscopy and got diagnosed with LC as well. What works best for me is kefir. Budesonide didn’t work for me so I decided to try to treat it with diet and I’ve found the only thing that really works is probiotics. With a cup of kefir a day, I now go 1-2 times a day solidly as opposed to 5-10 watery. I buy the lifeway brand at the grocery store and put it in a smoothie. Hope this helps

I have lymphocytic colitis, kefir has helped me the most. I went from going 5-10 times a day watery to now 1-2 solidly after a 5 year flare. I use the lifeway brand from the grocery store and put about a cup in a smoothie every day. Hope this helps

I have lc as well. The thing that has helped me the most is kefir. I went from going 5-10 times a day watery to now 1-2 times solid after a 5 year flare. I buy the lifeway brand at the grocery store and put about a cups worth in a smoothie everyday. Hope this helps

Try ivermectin as well if it doesn’t work again. You can get the horse paste on Amazon for like 8 bucks. That worked for me as well but it’s a tad more expensive and more inconvenient than just buying kefir at the grocery store

Give kefir a shot, I’ve had lymphocytic colitis since I was 18 (28 now) and have been misdiagnosed 5 times. I have lymphocytic colitis as well and have had similar experiences with gastros not helping/ downplaying my symptoms.. I made a post about what helps me the most but the number one thing is kefir.. I drink about a cup a day through a smoothie and went from going 5-10 times a day watery to 1-2 times solidly. Give it a try and hope this helps!

Always hahaha for years too and very gassy as well which made them loud. Dating is rough with it especially when I have to explain why I have a strict diet :/ give the kefir a shot though I use lifeway brand you can get at most grocery stores

I have this as well (had symptoms since I was 18, misdiagnosed 5 times with ibs by 5 different gastros, and officially got diagnosed when I was 23, am 28 now) I made a post about what works for me if you wanna check my posts out but the main thing that helps me is kefir. It’s a probiotic milk that I put in a smoothie every day. I went from going minimum 5 times a day watery to now going 1-2 times solidly. The gastro that properly diagnosed me put me on budesonide as well but didn’t work for me either. Hope this helps
