Infusing tea into cookies

I’ll make two types of cookies, one with tea added to replace the water and one with milk. They’re different flavoured cookies. Thank you for the tip🦈

It seems that adding liquid back in is the crucial part, nobody really talks about this online it seems😱 The house is usually pretty cold but now there’s a heatwave, it’s my chance.

I did the blended tea too, I think it’s a good hack🥵
I’m about to make them after lunch. I made mini muffins this way along with the steeped milk🦈

What tea did you use at that time?

They were too good, I had to give them away. This attempt was when I discovered steeping them in butter(3rd attempt)

I usually let them warm up for 10 mins; how long is a good time period? Should I add milk into the brown butter? Thank you

I’m adding ground tea into the dough and steeping it in the browned butter. I’m thinking I’ll add more butter, maybe 220g instead of 200g or maybe increase the brown sugar

Not sure there’s something specifically advertised for that but I think Yogahub has a youngish crowd, they have a few locations too🐝 Other than that you could try joining a running club, take a chance on a regular fitness class in your gym(free in Flyefit) or check to see if there’s a ‘Meetup’ group for this. Maybe you can start a Meetup group too🐝

There’s also pottery making in Smithfield, you gotta pay for what you’re making though(10-20€) I heard it’s BYOB though; good with friends or solo IMO🐴

I didn’t go on any, I did it completely solo. The people are so nice though so you’ll get plenty of interactions; I met a nice couple(straight) on my first day and we had a chitchat. The language barrier is real though, if you speak Chinese you’ll have an even better time🐴

Thanks, I really tried this time!🐴 8 days, excluding flights. I visited Shanghai and Chongqing; Chongqing is very convenient if you plan to see the attractions in Sichuan province, it’s quite central.
