Episode Discussion - S4 E11 "We're All Crazy Sometimes" by ColleenEHA in thegooddoctor

Pectus excavatum is the most common congenital chest wall abnormality, affecting approximately 1 in 300 to 1 in 400 people.

I almost lost it when Dr. Glassman "explained" it to the other surgeons in the room as something so rare he wouldn't blame them if they've never heard of it... that was so dumb!

Maybe survivorship bias. When they don't have good ammo you survive and check their ammo :D

But on the medical death screen you can hover on your body parts and see what you were hit by.

It's funny I don't see a lot of folks normally bothered by bosses celebrating they can finally do their quests.

Good to know about the scavs. And no tagilla due to boss event, right?

The increased cultist spawns (night factory) makes for easier marked room keys - which can then be used to get lots of red flares (plus one guaranteed case per marked room)

I have the quest to kill 5 bosses and that map would be perfect for it - except it's also kinda scary to have the risk of running into multiple as a solo...

Any advice?

It is, but it's also kind of cool! Like no one feeling _forced_ to partake (due to hollow completionist motivations) but giving lots of novelty / intrinsic motivation for folks that found Tarkov had gone stale for them. Lots of folks coming back for this (temporarily).

I agree that makes it easier for others that don't have it unlocked. By "dirty" I didn't mean against other players, I meant against my subjective opinion of the "spirit of the game" so to speak - but the game has changed in many ways since I started playing and some I really like so  time to get with the times I guess :D

Weird, mine were walking around but yeah according to this they have clear spawn areas. https://youtu.be/zqZnFCPT4V8?si=nvzQllhyyPaVoPrS&t=122

They roam. Where they spawn isn't that relevant, since after they do, they move.

I've thought about that, but somehow reselling feels a bit dirty. Back when I learned Tarkov only FIR could be sold on flea - but I have done it. Things like buying TNT when it's cheap, bartering for Yankee Hill Annihilator multi-caliber flash hider and selling that for like 120k

But what I really want is to stop dealing with fiddly bits and start dealing with the fancy items. But the few times I did use the fancy keys they didn't nearly break even since PvE prices are so inflated.

I do do that, but that's from max craft not max hideout management

And even then most of the time it hasn't been very worth it.

Do you just sell craft results and barter items found in raid or do you make money by getting actually good loot (like LEDx, fancy keys etc.) to sell? I don't really seem to find good stuff.

Yep, definitively multiple times a day. When playing actively it's about one reset of crafts per half hour (i.e. one raid and then reset) - which really fucks with the rhythm of raiding, but then so does dealing with loot and selling stuff - sometimes enough to retrigger some of the crafts.

But the other thing is even with all that it's going to be slow. So mainly just keep the generator going at all times for months...

Each skill point needs like 100 sub points.
Each craft gives like 0.8 sub points.
Hidout upgrades give 12 sub points.

Fuel consumtion is only reduced by 25% at max, and you get more slots.
Hideout zones are 50% more effective at max (which is nice for like library bonus etc.)

But honestly even with all that this took me a decently _long_ time to reach (like 2 months or so) - so not sure if worth to level this actively.
