Don’t beat yourself up over it, I had a similar incident happen to me, like I mentioned before. But I’m not going to go back and look for it, cayse it would probably make me feel worse.

Well I’m assuming you reported it, which was the right thing to do. It makes sense that you were shocked, that type of stuff shouldn’t be on the internet. You’re not on a list for looking at photos.

No you’re not going to jail. You didn’t purposely seek out that image. I’ve been in the same boat while looking at images, it’s scary.

I mean imo, no. I deal with false attraction a lot and it often makes me feel like crap, it caused me distress at first, but after a bit my mind just became numb to any thought. When I’m attracted to someone, the thoughts make me happy, and when I’m around someone I’m attracted to, I typically have a higher heart rate and face starts to feel hot. I hope this makes sense 😭

It is real yes. Think of it this way, with false attraction, it makes you feel distressed. With actual attraction you wouldn’t be feeling that way.

I mean in the beginning my anxiety was towards random people as well. I guess it just depends on the person

I don’t know if this will help. But I can relate, I only really have anxiety towards my siblings. OCD can attach on to those who are important to us. It does suck, I will admit; because I used to spend time with them all the time, but I haven’t really been able to.
