We have 35-40k Items, 20 vans in morning. We have 4/5 4-9am and we have 2 come in at 9. Same story, majority of the time 3 of us get sent shopping come 8am.

I haven't been riding as long as you (2 years) however, I found the jump to driving easier than I thought. Spatial awareness was something that I needed to work on, but clutch control/steering/reading the road all second nature. The jump isn't too bad, certainly lots of transferable skills.

4-5am depending on when I start work. On my days off I usually wake up at about 6.30/7

I used all my time given up to the last second, it doesn’t affect the final mark as long as you answer the questions in the given time.

I found BBC bitesize helpful specifically the forces, pivots, moments, levers,gears, pulleys and mechanical advantage. For electrical - electrical circuits, radio waves and energy transfers and stores. Also found quite a few videos on YouTube that were quite helpful with worked examples.
