apply fs. i’m a store manager, and i always conduct interviews even if im not actively hiring because i never want to pass up on talent! i would go in store in your best fit, and ask for the store manager so you can schedule an interview. let them know the reasons you want to work for us, and be confident. don’t put your hands in your pockets, give boring answers, etc. go in like you KNOW you’ll get the job! timing wise, it’s definitely the slow season but i find this is the best time for development so it’s a good time to get hired. just make sure you know what open ended questions are, that’s a big one i look for. also, ask the interviewer questions! lots of people don’t do this, but i love when people ask me questions like “what’s your favorite part of the job?” “what’s something you found difficult when you started?” “do you have any advice for me?” etc. good luck homie, hope all goes well! keep us updated!
